Complaints Policy

What happens after I’ve made a complaint?

When we receive your complaint, we’ll:

Financial Ombudsman Service

If you are a client of our money advice service you can use the Financial Ombudsman Service. If you don’t think we’ve resolved your complaint or we take more than eight weeks to send a final response you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service.
